What's a good kitchen/chef knife to buy?
I want to take a knife a lot, with a budget of 80 to 140 dollars. I think about Cutco, but I have problems give a company that sells potato peelers for $ 50.
You are about fairness Cutco. Stay away. Their knives, despite their claims are too good, at best, and price / performance ration is just horrible.
Epidemic knives are excellent .... super sharp (lol. .. I stitches after using one of their knives!) They reshape prices ranging from $ 30 to $ 130.
