Is there an exceptional line of American-made chef's knives?

 I would like to buy American-made products, but I'm having a time finding a line of enigmatic top-rated chef knives.

Cutco is much too high, the steel they use is really under - 440A.

Trizor knives are 60HRC <vs. Cutco 54-56HRC even that.

Great American Bites: Classic barbecue at Memphis' Cozy Corner

Besides the yearning-inducing smoke billowing out of the building, there is absolutely nothing to indicate that Cozy Corner serves barbecue. It resembles an old mini-mart, with most of the structure consisting of large glass windows backed with metal guaranty bars and the rest — a trim of corrugated blue metal siding and the roof overhung with extravagant output spotlights. The sign simply reads "Cozy Corner Restaurant," and that - with the addition of the smell - is all you can tell from the outside. But when you step inside, you will find yourself in one of the nation's peerless classic barbecue eateries, where you will order at the counter, with a view of the smoker, then inform appropriate yourself to a simple seat at a simple table and get ready to feast. Chow is delivered to your table on Styrofoam plates and served with plastic forks and knives, but much of the eating is done with your fingers. In shy contrast to its rather rough exterior, the staff and atmosphere at Cozy Corner is so sisterly and welcoming that I loved this place before the food ever came - but I loved it even more afterwards.

2) Dishwasher safe ... because it is America's ranking stiffen stainless will not rust in the dishwasher as the Chinese made junk. Pierce ALL of China, even though it claims to be guaranteed dishwasher, it will still rust or corrosion have to disarm or rivets ... but not with the coup of American manufacture. It was by my dishwasher many times without any sign of rust!
