 So, I received a letter of correspondence from Vector Marketing. In this letter, they argue that due to the expansion of their business, they have openings for the effort during the summer. I was wondering is it a hoax or spam?

 It is a scam without mixing. I had the exact same letter in the mail a week ago. They lack selling knives, but you must purchase kits knife, then try to sell them on your own. Many children getting screwed over at the end and pay the company more than they pay you.
