By Zoidbergo lord (Washington DC)
I have Henckels knives in the Pro-S, Sabatier Wonderful Head, Excellent Wusthof and Shun lines. I was curious to try the new Wusthof Ikon history, and I must say, I'm hooked. This is a significant price on the continuum limit Immortal knives, but I would say this party.
Aesthetically, the new plot is more pleasant, and current, flowing lines. The red sticker Wusthof prototype is formed in the stylus itself, so no more than the sticker come off during the wash!In addition, the indicator extends to the bottom of the administration, ending with a smooth metal cap. Finally, the spur is much thinner, which makes the shot easier to refine.
Out of the box, my Ikon was like my Shun knife as NAKIRI. A few smears on my pen is more. After one hour of sardonic, I really enjoyed the new ergonomic feel. This dress is made much more serene. The residue which embraces everything is biased toward commerce degree, but not significantly so....

That is not customary of me. I don't lassitude comfortably. On the other around, the timeless Cutco Cheese stab legitimate killed the reproach. Using their noteworthy cheese stab on any of the three types I brought to the analysis was like watchful of the typical hot-pierce go through butter. Lilliputian creation was required, and no fatgue was felt. Now on to the vegetable examine! I brought both my Wusthof Santoku and my Shun Gokujo to the Cutco assay for relation purposes. This did not terrify the Cutco rep at all. The kid was not bothered at all. He was satisfied to see I had dear...
