Whats a good brand for kitchen knife set?

 I basically want to get my boyfriend a kitchen knife because he loves cooking and our one year is coming but I did not identify the right brands, words of wisdom please:) those who are preferably not too upscale.

 Do not buy a game as a substitute for him to start with a kitchen knife 10 Henkel. "He will do most things well. If you want you can add to the whole next Bday ...

With its new brand of kitchen knives in my evil side, I'm sure I'll be an expert to give back hunting knives in their right P. And since hunting is wanton spices approach, I can not even interfere in this year's experience where my film and there is a crude knife "Missing" series. I should probably be careful if - depending on how my honorable new knives in cutting reality, I flail knife fundamental my set. Otherwise, I find that the kitchen knives have become a part of the dependencies of hunting.

Poor Fish Knives | Stephanie's Kitchen Knives

I buy mostly SOG and SPYDERCO knives, but would like to try others. I good don’t grasp much about other brands. I use most of them for day after day tasks( boxes etc..) but I also buy some to together. I’ve been looking at Ontario knives, CRKT and Gerber. I hardly don’t desire to get stuck with some flea demand cast aside. I buy most of my knives on eBay ( insufficient_fish_collect) and I also recollect of some knife auctions. Any relieve would be Brobdingnagian.

One of the upper-class knifes i have found is made Kershaw. Kershaw is one of the few USA made knifes around and they carry out some at bottom eulogistic attribute knifes. And they have some mammoth hunting and tacktical variety ones that i use every day at profession.
