Does anyone own a set of Henckels International knives?
I am rational Get my dad a set for Christmas, and I was wondering if they are good value for the pacifier?
I own a set and hand-me-down also for 17 years. When I cooked in a nursing home.I use anything else.
They are of great value and keep their jobs very well.While sharpness, I had them sharpened once a week and used them on a great day.

Around 1982, my father saw an ad for a knife show in the Middlesex (now MetroWest) Gossip, so I attended that show and quickly realized that a lot of the dealers and collectors were selling knives, scissors and cutlery, but there were no “sharpeners.” I built and/or purchased the apparatus needed and started a part-time itinerant business that drove around to provincial businesses to sharpen their tools on site. After being laid off from a defense contractor in 2002, I habituated to my severance to open Village Sharpener full time in a brick and mortar retail retailer and since then, I have won contracts for sharpening services in the defense, aerospace, industrial and garment industries.
