Is there much point getting a knife set?

 I am a cook house and recently bought a knife of good overall quality of the Head of $ 100 in Australia. It seems to do everything. What is the downfall of having a set of knives?

 Th edge of a knife set is that you have everything you may need to produce. I usually get a knife, German (very $ $ payment), but worth it. Most knife set comes with a lot of knives, some but not all get used.

That knowledge has been presented here before. The only part of it that is relevant is the section that discusses whether the models are accurate.

Unfortunately, saying that the image matches historical temperatures is not proof that the model is accurate. Presupposed enough time, I could come up with a simple, high order polynomial that matches recorded temperatures as good as the climate models do.

Of course the climate models betrothal historical temperatures. That's what they were designed to do! When a model is built, it is "tuned" to link historical data. That tuning is necessary because there are always unknown variable and other things that cannot be politely calculated.

However, in a complex model like this, there are likely an infinite total of ways to tune the model. The fact that it matches historical information does not mean that they tuned it correctly.

A predictive model's correctness is determined by it's ability to predict the future, not it's ability to match the heretofore.
